I am currently building a chopped and channeled ’57 Chevy and would like to know about the front and rear windshield glass. I have 2 sets of glass for the car (both being original) and don’t know whether I should even bother cutting them to fit because they are used glass and not in the best of shape. I was thinking along the lines of making a sheet metal template of both the front and rear glass and sending it to a glass company and have them made. The side glass is no problem, it is all flat and I plan on using lexan. If anyone has any suggestions on this I am open to all ideas.
