A few months ago I powdercoated my upper plenum gloss black. I sanded down all the casting marks and texture to leave a smooth finish. The problem is that it came out with a few pock marks in it that are bugging me. They’ll wetsand out easily. Now I’ve got about 1.5lbs of super high gloss clean sitting around that will otherwise go to waste. If I rub out the pock marks, do I need to buff the powder back up to a shine before I clear it, or will the gloss powder bring back the gloss of the black?
