    Hello Eastwood,

I’m having difficulty welding in an upright position. I don’t know how to explain it, “Upright position” but if the item that I am trying to weld is in front of me as I’m seated in front of it. If someone could give me the correct verbiage, I’d really appreciate it.

I’ve been welding some plug welds on my floor pans on the side of the inside rocker panels. For some reason, the wire balls up and at times the wire gets piled up inside the nozzle. I’ve tried to position the nozzle in various angles, but I just can’t get it. I’ve increased the wire speed and played around with the voltage, but I can’t seem to get it. I have the Eastwood MIG 135, running .23 wire (75%-25% bottle gas) and my settings are E-4. E-4.5, to E-5. I just ran out of wire, so I’m hoping someone could HELP me on this issue before I tackle it again.
