Hello,
I’m restoring a 1964 Ford 2000 tractor and will soon be ready to paint it. I plan to have the sheet metal power coated. But, I don’t have a spray booth or equipment so am looking for a “brush paint” that will do a nice job on the engine/trans/rear end. I’ve used your hi-temp engine paint in the past and loved it. I recall it “self-leveled” very well and you couldn’t see any brush marks when it dried.
How well do you think it would work (brushed) for my application ? I’m sure it’s fuel resistance is good but what about UV protection and chip protection ? Also, it was hi-gloss as I remember – do you offer that paint in a satin ?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John.
