Tropical Turquoise Paint

I went to my local paint store today (PPG) and tried to get some single stage paint for my ’57 chevy in order to repaint it. I was told that nobody offers Tropical Turquoise paint (paint code 997A) in single stage form, only in basecoat form. I don’t want basecoat/clear on the car and am looking who might offer single stage. Tropical Turquoise was an original GM color back in the day
