I have a possible customer that sent me a specially made Derby Cover. It was milled out of aluminum on a CNC machine. It was then chromed. It is the State Seal of Texas. Ingraved is “Republic of Texas 1836” He wants the lettering and tooled background behind the Star, Oak Branch, and Olive Branch coated in Black, and the Lettering Coated in Black. This is going to be difficult enough. I have not used any taping on any parts yet. I have played around with vinyl lettering, and it doesn’t come off once cooked.

My question is, How well does the High Temp Tape work? Does it come off easy, even when the powder has cured over the tape?

    Thanks for your help……
