Hello again, wondering what grit aluminum oxide to use for a good texture. At the moment I have all my parts sandblasted with extra fine sand and the finish seems to be to rough. I get little pinholes in the final finish. Looks like someone took a needle and pushed it in the powder when it was curing. The edges of the hole go in towards the part not outwards like outgassing would produce. I`m pretty sure they are not fish eyes. After sandblasting we have put them in a blasting cabinet with alumimun oxide & glass beads to try and smooth the surface even more, but it is still to rough. Hand sanding with 220-320 grit is not very cost effective. Anyone got any ideas??
