I have a guy who is very very particular about getting an absolutely perfect finish on a few motorcycle parts I’m doing for him. I’m doing them in flat black.
I’m having a little bit of an issue, the finish comes out near perfect all except for these tiny little specs that look like a very tiny grain of sand. Normally most people are fine with that because there’s only like 1 every 10 square inches or so but this guy will want it re-done even if there is 1!
Personally I think it is a tiny little clump of powder not sand or dirt…
Any suggestions on how to avoid them??
Thanks
