I just bought a 2 year old 225 amp Miller mig welder with a 100% duty cycle. (I’ve been using an older Lincoln 175 amp portable welder/generator.) I did not get an owner’s manual with the 225. Everything is in good shape and it welds great. My only problem is that no matter where I set my feed and/or temp, I get an unusual amount of splatter around the welds. My Argon bottle is full and it is set at a flow rate of 20. My welds are smooth and are penetrating just like they should, but I can’t seem to eliminate that darn splatter. Can anyone help me out with this problem? Thanks… BMO
