Does anyone have any experience with soda(as in baking) blasting for prepping parts for powder coating ?
I have been told that it will stripe the parts without pitting or etching. It also leaves a residue of powder on the parts that provides a temporary barrier from rust.
Has anyone used this? If so what did you do to remove the residue before coating?
