Yay! I finally scored a cheap oven! My plan is to use it instead of the Blodgett I bought, and sell the Blodgett to someone who will use it in a bakery or something. However, I have two questions:
1) Can I take a wall-mount oven and set it on its side?
I don’t see why not, but maybe someone else will. I want to set it on its side so that I can hang something without having to worry about it being taller than 6″.
2) I doubt it’s a convection oven like the Blodgett, so how do I go about putting a fan in this sucker to move air?
