Its a shame NIC doesnt understand the concept of good customer service or they are just too big to care. I order swatches on Mon for a job sitting here, they dont mail them till Thurs. and this is the following Tues and they still havent arrived. If one matches, then I have to go through the same ordeal waiting on the 2 lb minimum. I wonder if they know how many people out here dont order from them due to their poor customer service and shipping times. I love the fact that PBTP gives me an option on the shipping method, Priority Mail will be here by noon the following day or UPS by 3pm the following day. I usually use Priority Mail as it is cheaper , but the order has to be in sooner in the day for UPSP pick up. I’m through ranting, just wish they would get it together over there.
