I am not clear on several things about rust treatment. On rust spots on the outer body surface that are not holes. Would Oxsolv and then primer or Oxsolv then RE then primer be the way to go. Same for small rust holes. The other area is the floor. Would this be acceptable? RE then panel bond patches or fiberglass? (small areas non structural) Since a bond is only as good as the weakest link, what about the bond between RE and the metal?
This may have been covered elsewhere but I have not found it.
    Thanks
