I am replacing floorboards in my mustang along with some rust on the firewall and chassis. Once all the welding is done, I was planning on sealing everything with 2 coats of Rust Encapsulator. From what I understand and please correct me if I am wrong, as long as I allow enough time for a full cure I can go over it with an epoxy based primer and paint the firewall and frame. My question is how long should I wait till I install the sound deadeningmaterial in the car? Or is there another primer I should use before I lay down any type of sound deadening material? I am not sure if the adhesive on the sound deadening material will damage the encapsulator or not. Thanks
