Im new to Eastwood products, my neighbor introduced me to them. I bought aerosol can on the rust convertor and incapcilator for my truck. I had some rust bubbles appear on the 3/4 ” wide lip on the bottom of the rear wheel well. I taped off the whole lip and wired brushed the rust. Afterward the whole lip was cleaned. I sprayed the whole lip with convertor two days ago. The rust has blackened but the areas that still had factory paint intact feel tacky. Is this bad? Should I have avoided spraying the paint. Should I use a light solvent to remove the tackyness?
