I’ve got a situation where I’ve got some areas on my project that are access limited, and they are a mix of surface-rusted, clean steel, and some spots where the original paint remains. I’d like to use Eastwood’s Rust Converter (sprayed) on all of it to seal it from further corrosion and prep it for top-coat (probably some bed-liner). These areas will mostly be out of sight, so the primary concern is just for having this be functional.

    Two primary concerns:
    1) Will I have any potential adhesion issues with the Rust Converter to clean steel and/or painted surfaces?
    2) Any limitations on what can be used over Rust Converter once dry/cured?

    Any input appreciated.
