I want to paint my trucks rear wheel wells, frame, and leaf springs. If properly cleaned with a degreaser and rubbing ahcohol can I go right over the factory black coating on the frame and leaf springs and the factory white paint that is on the wheel well body? I was thinking if properly cleaned I could use extreme chassis black primer and extreme chassis black paint or should I use rubberized rust encapsulator undercoating on all of it? If the undercoating is best does the primer still need to be used? Or is there another one of your products that would do better then these for this? By the way I don’t have a rust issue just want to restore the look of things down there. I only want to do this once hence all the questions.
