I am in the market for budget priced spray guns (full size and detail). I am going to use it to repaint a Ford Mustang project and then my Ford Lightning. I have been looking at the Devilbiss HVLP gun set ($99.99) and the Sharpe Finex and the detail gun. I was leaning towards the Devilbiss because you can change fluid tips to match the paint you are spraying on. I tried to read up on the Sharpe to see if the tips are also interchanable, but couldn’t find any info.
What would you recommend for the do-it-yourselfer that is not going to use these guns as a profession but wants a great paint job?
