Hey guys, I am new here. Great forum, I found it while browsing the web site one day and I have visited it ever since.
Anyway I purchased a pro gun form a buddy of mine that has never been used. He was going to get into pc’ing but never got around to it.
The unit is a 58100 that uses the static tubes. After researching it I found this thread: http://forum.eastwoodco.com/showthread.php?postid=12741&highlight=static+tubes#post12741
That states : “About 1-1/2 years ago, there were several engineering changes made to the Pro-Gun to improve performance. One was the new Venturi style deflector”
Anyway can I upgrade this gun to eliminate the static tubes? or does it even matter? Also curious of some other updates.
I can’t wait to get started. I spent most of the winter upgrading my shop. I still need to build a pc booth. Thanks, Russ
