I am disassembling a car that will be stored for several years before the restoration can begin. I plan to strip and prime the sheet metal parts before I store them in an unheated garage.
Is this the correct proceedure? I’m told that regular primers have a short life once applied.
What kind of primer should I use that will be servicable as a primer in the future?
