I paint hundreds of small brass parts each week and am trying to find a more efficient approach. These parts are roughly 1/2″ long by 1/4″ in diameter with a 0.055 hole running through the center. Currently I hang these one by one on a wire then heat them and dip them in a fluidized bed of powder paint. The approach works, but is extremely time consuming.
Is there a way I could do this more efficiently with the Eastwood system. Keeping that hole open is a concern also.
