I need to powder coat a gold logo over a black base coat. And a white logo over a navy blue base coat. Besides using a hi temp tape stencil. Do you have any other tips or suggestions?
Should I only do a partial cure on the base coat?
Should I do a full cure and then just shoot the logo powder after I have pre heated the part?
Also should I pull the tap mask before final cure and cool or do it so time into the cure cycle?
Any suggestion would be very helpful.
