I’ve been searching and havn’t found any detail on the actual gun setup. Is there a page with that information? Beyond the PSI, things like adjusting the location of the plastic diffuser(?) on the metal tip of the gun, use of the fluidizer (when and why) etc. I seem to waste an awful lot of powder to overspray. If I adjust the pressure down I don’t get enough powder. If I remove the tip the powder is more directed but will also blow away. I’ve been coating for a couple of years now and usually have good success with the job. Just the gun setup and amount of wasted powder is bugging me. I am using the entry level Eastwood dual voltage gun. I almost always run it on high voltage which may be another question/problem. Any help appreciated. Chuck in NH
