I was thinking of getting either the $99 eastwood gun of there dual voltage gun. I was going to do bicycle frames and the thought came up about the different types of metal used for the frames. Like Chromemolly, steel, aluminum. Would these guns handle that, any special treatment needed to do aluminum before powdercoating. I was thinking just blasting them and clean/degrease, bake them, let them cool powdercoat them bake them, then cool, and clearcoat, then bake. Any thoughts?? Will 400deg oven warp the metal??
Thanks,
Kirby
