I have a few days before my setup gets here and I am going to buy the stuff to build me a booth to spray the powder. I have been looking through a couple threads here about PC booth’s and so far I see (in my mind, although its a little cramped) a completly enclosed booth with an exhaust fan hidden on the other side of a hepa type air filter to prevent explosions. Thats all cool, I can build that. But none of them have a front. Its just open. Is that okay or should it be enclosed? If its not enclosed, whats the purpose of the fan? Also, will a common 3M face mask work to protect myself from the powder or VOC’s or whatever they’re called?
