Hello. I’m looking for some help, product recommendations.

I’m currently port-matching and (trying to) polishing the inside of the runners on my 1997 Dodge Neon DOHC aluminum intake manifold.

In these pics you can see the tight bend from the lower portion coming up to the outlets at the flange to the head.

I know professionals and DIYs typically use proper die grinders for this, which surely are better suited, and likely come with longer shafts on the cutting/sanding bits. But the best I have available is my dremel (which has been perfectly fine for the porting, and some polishing).

Using this method, I will not be able to complete the deep parts of the runners inside.

I was hopeing to find something simmilar to this item from 3M:

but either on a swivel head (like a plumbing auger) or on an integrated flexible shaft so I could put it into the runner on my drill and basically hone the inside diameter removing the sand casting texture.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Coop
