    This is a good setup for someone just getting into the PC Biz. I have been out of the powder coating business for well over a year and looking to sell what’s left to fund additional advertising for my computer repair business.     Compressor: Eaton 5HP-80gal-two Stage, single phase, SCFM 17.0 @ 175 PSI, Voltage 208V/230V. Compressor has less than 16 hours of actual use. Purchased in June of 2008 it still has 2 years left on a 5 year warranty.

    Blast Cabinet with reclaimer kit: Harbor Freight. Same as Compressor, purchased in June of 2008 and used for about 16 hours. Door-opening dimensions: 19-3/4″ W x 19-1/4″ H (one on each side), 46″ W x 13-11/16″ H (front), Working area: 47-3/4″ W x 24″ D x 22-1/2″ H, Viewing window dimensions: 46″ W x 13-1/2″ H, Air consumption: 13 to 15 CFM @ 80 PSI, Air inlet: 3/8″-18 NPT, Overall dimensions: 51″ W x 36″ D x 65-3/4″ H

    Oven: Inside dimensions 35″x35″x35″. High temp blower draws from the top, runs down a cavity within the rear wall and exits the bottom. Interior light is porcelain with 25w appliance bulb. Angle iron for the two shelves are bolted to the metal studs. Regular door hinges were used with 3/16″ flat stock bracing inside the door.

    Oven reaches 400 degrees in 15 minutes, 500 in 30 minutes and 625 in 45 minutes. Roxul insulated – High temp Blower (Grainger # 1TDV3), K-type thermocoupler (Auber # TC-K3)
    1/16 DIN PID (Auber # SYL-2342), Contactor 2-pole, 40amp, Elements – 2-2850Watt @ 220V.

    Misc. Plugs, hooks, Powder, HF Powder Gun, I/R Gun, etc.
