    Hello,

My name is Jordan and I am a college student ready to begin restoring my own classic car. I live in sunny california so I have decided that I want to rebuild an American car from the 50’s or 60’s that is a convertible. I work a lot, and I have decided that I would like to spend 2500-3000 on the original car, and then I can begin working to buy more parts to restore. I want something that is fun to drive, easy access to parts, and not too complex to work on (don’t we all haha.) Does anyone have suggestions on what car I should look for? Or what status I should find the car in? Or even a car they are looking to sell! Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated and I plan on using this forum for many questions!

    Thank you!

    Jordan
