I’m new to powder coating. I started reading eastwoods forum about a month ago. And have seen all the great pictures you all have posted.

My question is I have notice on some metals like tin oil pan stuff like that powder coating works great. but some metals after I sand blast them have alot of pits is there away to get rid of this pits or away to powder coat them so that they want show and have alot of orange peel? I know on tv like on over-hauling some of the stuff they have pc has a real slick shine to it.

Another question do any of you just clean the part in acid and wash and shoot if not is there a reason?

On metal that have been gashed or got scatches in it what do you do about that?

Thanks hope to post some pictures b/f long.
