I have had this project car for a while now and recently blew the motor. It is a 1990 Toyota Corolla Twincam 16V.
57mm free flow exhaust,
Eibach lowering springs,
Stiffer valve springs for higher reving
288 degree cams inlet and exhaust.
Completed the Head last night (13 March) laped the valves installed the new springs installing the cams and checking clearences,
Tonight will be installing the conrods and pistons replacing the sump. Then the calculation of the compression ration (Actual). Estimated is around 9.5:1 which is fine for a small turbocharger at low boost.
Will take some pics of the engine tonight and post tomorrow.
