I recently purchased a new Mig Welder from Eastwood I’m having problems with burning holes in patch work. I’m sure it’s something I’m not doing right due to being unfamiliar with the new Welder. The old Welder I was using was 220 volt and the new one is 120 volt.
I have the gas pressure at 10 and even though I know I have limited skills when it comes to welding it seems to be something different between the two Welders that I’m not compensating for.
I seem to have more heat and have tried to adjust for this but have not found solution. I’m using 22 gauge metal for the patch work. Thank you
