Hi everyone,
I’m painting an old tool cabinet and have most of it stripped to bare metal. Even after light filler work for surface rust pitting (converted using rust converter beforehand of course) there will still be some scuff and sanding marks and I’ll need a high-build formula.
There are also hard to reach sections of the drawers and such that I can’t strip completely but instead had to scuff with 80 grit.
Is there a catalyzed primer you sell that I can use on bare steel and scuffed surfaces, which is also high-build? For what it’s worth, this box will get single-stage urethane as a topcoat of paint and will never be outdoors or in the elements.
