I bought a Mig 135 from Eastwood in June. I’ve run two spools of Lincoln .30 wire with argon/CO2 gas through it with no problems. But lately it wont form a puddle or penetrate the work. The wire just turns red and piles up. What I tried: I used my grinder to buff the place where I attach the ground clamp, moved the ground clamp closer to the work, switched to a new wire spool, changed tips. The wire is feeding normally and gas is coming out of the cup. I turned the voltage all the way up and reduced the wire speed and this helps some but the machine blows through the duty cycle in no time. Can you suggest a solution?
    thanks
