I posted a previous question about this but it never appeared on the forum. I bought a Mig 135 from Eastwood in June and ran two spools of .30 Lincoln wire with argon/CO2 through it with no problems. But lately it wont make a weld puddle or penetrate the work, cold welds, wire turns red and piles up. What I tried: used my grinder to buff up the place I attach the ground clamp, moved the ground clamp closer to the work, changed wire spools, changed tips. Wire feeder seems to be working normally and the gas is coming out the cup. I cranked the voltage all the way up and reduced the wire speed and this helps some but it burns through the duty cycle in no time when I do this. Can anyone help?
