Ok, I know I have asked this before but I want to make sure since the pipe I use is not very cheap. $19.00 a foot. Excellent quality though.

I want to confirm how to prep my metal (T-6061 bare aluminum) pipe.

Sand 220 Grit (I have a auto sanding machine which is why I don’t media blast)
Clean with Pre and wipe clean (Using Nitrile gloves)
let dry and spray with reflective Chrome, then cook it at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool to 140 degrees and spray again with clear or translucent powder and rebake for another 20 minutes on 450. Then let cool.

    Am I even close?
