    Hi folks,
I have been confusing MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) with Methylene Chloride-based paint strippers (such as Talstrip II). I was at the Powdercoat University on the weekend, and we talked a little bit about using MEK as a solvent to remove cured powder if you need to touch up a defect. However, it didn’t really sink in. We also talked about using MEK to do a destructive test on a test piece to see if it is cured properly.

Now that I know what I don’t know, I am looking to fill in the gaps. How do you use MEK?
