I have been having a problem lately with shooting black. It seems that in all the black, both super mirrror and semi-gloss, I shot this weekend there was what appeared to be little specs of chrome. I cleaned out the booth and that didn’t solve the problem. I then tried a brand new container of powder and that didn’t solve the problem. Next, I put new powder in a new progun that wasn’t even used yet. That didn’t solve the problem. The only thing that I can think of is that the chrome specs are coming from my oven. How often should I be cleaning my oven and how? Eazy Off oven cleaner? Wouldn’t all the powder in my oven be stuck to the sides and not floating around? I have to get this problem fixed as I will be shooting my first set of wheels this week and don;t want to be stripping an item that large. I just ordered 5 lb’s of mirror black from Eastwood and will be using new powder to shoot the wheels. Any ideas or suggestions on how to solve this problem?

    Kyle
