I got my PC oven cleaned up and wired this weekend. I now have 220v in the garage, and the proper plug on the oven. I used two cans of heavy duty oven cleaner, and got everything ‘mostly’ clean. However, there is still some food residue left behind. Will this cause a problem with my powdercoating efforts? Should I make sure it’s all spotless, or can I fly with what I have?

Here’s a pic of the inside of the oven: http://www.drjing.com/Mini/Images/HeadWork2/IMG_2018.JPG

And here’s the oven after cleaning (turned out quite nice!): http://www.drjing.com/Mini/Images/HeadWork2/IMG_2023.JPG

Almost a shame to destroy this oven for cooking usage, eh…?
