Hi, I purchased the Elite Hotcoat system about a year ago and have used it twice with excellent results. I just attempted to use it again, disaster!. I prepared my batch of small parts (dipstick tube, accelerator bellcrank, engine mounts, etc.) by blasting with a mix of alum. oxide and glass beads (both fine grit) then spraying them off with Brake cleaner and air hose. I hung everything from a rack with the stainless wire and attempted to powder coat them, using 8 to 10lbs. of air. All of the powder hit the floor. I get the red LED light when I press the button and even tried attaching the grounding clip directly to several of the parts but the powder would just not attract to the parts. Is there a voltage meter test I could do to check things out?
