    My father actually welded this 25 years ago. And twenty years ago I added the angle drill, pump and bigger piston.

    It works really great, no one would believe all the jobs that have been done with it.

    We have used it up to least 30,000 pounds. The funny thing is that I used galvanized pipe fittings to run the hydraulic fluid. Amazing that they all held up without a leak all these years. But usually liquid lines tend not to blow with as much disaster as air lines. Air tends to carry debris farther then liquid filled lines.

    Still if I get a chance one day I want to redo it with some stainless tubing and flare fittings.
