Just a tip for the new Year.
I have seen a ton of posts on this forum regarding the problems on using the “green high temp” masking tape. Often it pulls or shrinks when hot & does not stick well to an item.
I have found that by laying over your first layer of tape with another layer. But doing so, 90 degrees in an opposite direction from your fiirst layer will stop the shrinkage & provide a much better mask. Similar to a gasket. It holds it’s shape much better & does not pull back when heated.
    Good Luck
    Bob
