I’ve been PCing for about 3 years now and just recently found out about this forum. I’m currently working on a 1956 Duracraft boat with a 30hp outboard. I’ve done a lot of PCing on the motor, some of which was hi-temp powder. However, after I had cured it, any little scratch would take the paint right off. I haven’t had any trouble with the other powders, so I was wondering if there was a different cure technique that I needed to use for the high temp powders. I’m getting ready to do some exhaust manifolds for someone, and want to make sure that I’m doing it right.
