I have a 67 Chevelle that my husband and I are tinkering with ourselves and although I have no automotive experience, I can generally do anything with a little guidance and direction. So, my driver’s side window is off the track. I can manage to get it back where it’s supposed to be (between the felt runners and sitting on the bar for the crank mechanism). The only problem is that it won’t stay there because it seems like there is supposed to be some type of adhesive or something on the bottom of the glass to keep it attached to the bar. I looked at the passenger side window and it’s pretty well “stuck” to the bar like it should be. So my question is, is what type of adhesive do I use or is there some special part just for this to work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
