Filler on a glass hood

Just bought a new glass hood and as usual it has a few small imperfections that need filling and surfacing before prime and paint. My plan is to break the gel coat with some 320 and spray with epoxy primer, block and sand, seal and paint.

I’m just wondering about filling these small imperfections .. No through holes or exposed fibers, just some minor dings that look like form separation problems.

I’m getting some Eastwood Contour Premium Body Filler for the rest of the metal on the car, would it cause any chemical bond issues if I just filled these small imperfections on the glass hood with that instead of buying Fiberglass filler for 4 areas that are just a little above glazing putty repairs?

    TIA Mike
