Hi All,
I’ve got a 1990 F250 Diesel with a pretty good motor but there is a lot of rust on the body. My biggest concern is the rust where the rocker panel meets the floor pan at the front part of the door. The bummer is it appears to be somewhat of a structural area. I can take pics tomorrow to show you.
What’s the cheapest but effective way to repair these holes? I don’t have access to welding so i’m looking for suggestions using adhesive.
I’m also not trying to build a show truck. Cosmetics don’t matter to me, just trying to keep my feet dry and slow down the rusting process.
Thanks,
Pigseye
