I get confused sometimes with what should be sprayed where. I am welding new floor panles into a 66 gto and plan on spraying the inside of the car with exreme chassis black when im done. Other areas of the floor pan are rusted slightly and show signs of pitting but aren’t bad enough to cause replacement. I was wondering if I should hit these areas with rust converter then encapsulator and then the exreme chassis black or just wire brush and sand them down real good then hit them with pre and move onto chassis primer and extreme chassis black? Or even hit them with the wire brush sander rust converter then chassis primer? The floor pans are bare metal so I will be using chassis primer on them.
Thanks in advance
