I have a 71 Camaro that I am pulling and rebuilding the engine. While the engine is out I am sending the car out to get a media blast under the hood. That is a 20psi blast of glass, plastic etc. The company doing it is also going to apply an epoxy primer and then I was going to apply your under the hood black over the priimer.
I was told you should apply the paint on the epoxy prior to drying. wet on wet.
So if I get the epoxy primer applied then in 3-5 days after that I spray it with your paint will that be ok or should I be concerned with how long I wait ? Obviously I know nothing about painting cars.
