Restoring a 57 chevy sedan for my wife. Using almost exclusively Eastwood products. Very pleased with everything I have used. My question is. To topcoat over the epoxy primer outside of the 7 day window, do I need to do a thin recoat or can I topcoat directly over the sanded epoxy. I only have time to work on the car on weekends. The car is all apart. What I want to do is cut in all the of the interior, edges and jams with color, assemble, than topcoat complete outer. What is the topcoat adhesion value by applying over a sanded surface only? Topcoating with a metallic urethane basecoat/clearcoat. Waiting for your professional input so I can hopefully get color on her car before Christmas. THANKS
