Hi Kevin,
Big fan of yours. I’ve purchased all of your videos and have watched them many times. Along with that, I have purchased many supplies from Eastwood. While asking Eastwood the following question a number times with different answers, I wanted to ask you what your thoughts are on the following question:
I stripped my 67 Mustang down to bare metal a year ago and treated all bare metal with Eastwood’s After Blast the same day in order to store rust free until I had time to work on bodywork and paint.
I am now ready to epoxy prime with Eastwood’s Epoxy Primer Low-VOC DTM 1:1 ratio and need to know if I can spray the primer directly on the treated panels (treated a year ago) or do I need to; 1) re wipe (freshen up) with After Blast, 2) wipe with PRE or 3) do I need to sand back to bare metal before epoxy prime?
What do you recommend?
Your help is greatly appropriated,
Thank you in advance for your help.
Greg
