I have a 68 Camaro. I am in the paint stripping stage right now. Soon the front clip and doors will be stripped and ready for primer. The plan was to use epoxy primer so I did not have to rush to paint and possibly let a shop do the primer and paint.( I won’t be painting) After reading other forums and posts regarding using the same manufacture for all steps, Primer and paint Im stuck.
I have not chosen a color or paint shop as of yet. So the question of the day is: Is eastwood epoxy primer compatible with most paints or does it matter since another coat of primer will go over epoxy. Any opinions ?
